Vitamins does not cure CFS. CFS is a neuroimmune illness, much like MS and Leukemia in combination. It's quite insulting to read such claims. If this was true everyone with CFS should know by now and be well from their illness. However, they are not, they are often permanently handicapped, even young (18-25 yr olds)sometimes die from the complications of CFS. A high precentage later end up with lymphoma.

I've been taking it for at least two years now, and I've been supplementing with zinc for longer than that. Since I began taking D3 regularly during the colder months and sunbathing regularly during the warmer months, I haven't been sick at all --- not even so much as a common cold.

Vitamin D has recently caught quite a bit of attention! We've been following studies on Vitamin D for quite some time.

When did you start taking a lot of vitamin D3 in? How long did it take to notice the benefits? We've noted that it is usually 3 months to feel the full benefits of Vitamin D3 suplementation if a person consumes about ,000 IU a day.
