I just got a notice from my Doctor that she wants me to take a <a href="http://www.eganmedical.com/Vitamin-D3-5-000-IU-Supplement-p/msvs-vitd35100.htm" title="Vitamin D3 Supplement" target="_blank">vitamin D3 supplement</a>, 2000 IU twice daily. How I detest taking pills! I always look for a food source fist. Obviously laying in the sun isn't a healthy option. Thank you for the info. I guess I'm off to Egan Medical... This is bad news.
